When and how you can get your money back for what you buy on this site.

What it covers
Deiji is a trade name of Pixeldvx Design. This policy covers the content map (US$29.99), the only product sold online on wearedeiji.com. Our services, the Ungeneric Content Engine and the Ungeneric Content Stream, are hired through a signed agreement, and refunds for them follow the terms of that agreement.
Who processes your payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us, and Stripe sends you the receipt on our behalf.
Refund within 14 days, no questions asked
If the content map isn't useful to you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying it, even if you have already opened it. We don't ask why.
If we can't deliver it
If we can't deliver your map within 48 hours of your payment (for example, because your website can't be read), we refund the full amount without you having to ask.
How to ask for a refund
Write to hello@wearedeiji.com, or reply to the email that brought you the map, from the address you used to buy. We process it within two working days.
How the money comes back
The refund goes back to the payment method you used, including any tax you paid. It is processed through Stripe and usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Credit if you hire us
If you hire Deiji within 30 days of buying the map, its price is credited to your starter sprint or your first month. A map that was refunded is not credited.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any right you have under the consumer law of your country.
