Terms of Use

Last updated: June 28, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Deiji website and our free tools, including the Outserve Auditor. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site or tools.

In plain terms. The Outserve Auditor gives high-level, AI-generated guidance to help you think — it is not professional advice and comes with no guarantees. Use it sensibly. We own our method, content, and code; you keep ownership of what you type in.

1. Who we are

Deiji is a sole proprietorship based in Ontario, Canada. Contact: hello@wearedeiji.com.

2. The services

We provide an informational website, free interactive tools (such as the Outserve Auditor), a newsletter, and — under separate written agreements — paid content and strategy services. These terms cover the website and free tools; paid engagements are governed by their own contracts.

3. The Outserve Auditor — important disclaimer

The Outserve Auditor produces automated, high-level guidance generated by an AI model. It is offered "as is", for general informational purposes only. It is not professional, legal, financial, or marketing advice, is not a substitute for tailored consulting, and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Any action you take based on it is at your own discretion and risk. We make no warranty as to its accuracy, suitability, or results.

4. Access and acceptable use

To keep the tools available and fair, you agree not to:

Access links are single-use and time-limited, and are issued to a work email solely to identify you and manage usage.

5. Intellectual property

The Deiji name, the Outserve method, site content, designs, and the software behind our tools are owned by Deiji and protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. You retain ownership of the information you enter into the tools; you grant us permission to process it to provide the service and, in anonymized and aggregated form, to improve our offering.

6. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Your email is used only to identify you and manage fair use — never for unsolicited marketing.

7. Third-party services and links

Our tools rely on third-party providers, and our site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and free tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deiji will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or tools. For the free tools, our total aggregate liability is limited to CAD $100.

9. Termination

We may suspend or withdraw access to the site or tools at any time, including for misuse of the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
