The Outserve System · Founding cohort

Get chosen, not just seen.

For experts and services leaders whose content keeps them visible, but doesn't make the case for choosing them. Your content can be active, consistent, even genuinely good, and still not move the only needle that matters: whether a prospect understands why they should choose you.

Good content doesn't sell. It makes you the obvious choice.

Only 3 available.

Most agencies think like publishers. We think like your customer.

The publisher's instinct is volume, frequency, formats: fill the calendar, feed the channels, keep the lights on. It optimizes for output and measures itself in reach. The prospect drifts no closer to a decision, and the budget quietly disappears into staying visible.

Deiji starts from the other end: the person you're trying to win, and the journey they actually take from never heard of you to choosing you. Content stops being output you produce and becomes a system that does work. That system is four connected areas, each producing a result that unlocks the next:

  • Customer Education: Understanding. Teach the market to see its problem clearly, on your terms.
  • Thought Leadership: Trust. Show the judgment behind the expertise, so they believe you before they meet you.
  • A Content Engine: A System. Make production repeatable, so it compounds instead of restarting each month.
  • Decision-Clarity Content: A Decision. Answer the real questions standing between a warm prospect and choosing you, the part almost everyone skips.
What you get

An anchor that compounds, and a tool that converts.

01 · Content

A month of content, built on the Outserve method

Every engagement runs on one spine: a definitive long-form article published on your blog each month, the anchor. Everything else derives from it. The blog article feeds your AI tool's knowledge base, so the tool sharpens with every piece. What scales across tiers is the atomization: how many channels carry adapted versions of that anchor, and in how many formats.

  • Your idiolect, not industry boilerplate. We produce in the register of how you actually think and argue.
  • One anchor, atomized with a system. Best-in-niche article, then a repeatable process that turns it into short-form. Compounding, not a content mill.
  • Built for the decision, not the feed. We optimize for signals of real movement over vanity reach.
02 · AI tool

A branded AI tool that converts for you

A simple, free tool for your audience: one box, a real answer, configured to your niche and fed by your monthly anchor, so it gets sharper as the engagement runs.

  • It helps first. Genuinely useful, no email wall to get value.
  • It surfaces you when it fits. When a problem runs past what it can do, it points the user to your service.
  • It hands you qualified signals, not a list. Email is captured only as an ID to manage usage, never for blasting. You receive warm prospects with context, to follow up 1:1, like a person, not a campaign.

Every engagement also includes

  • A short onboarding to capture your point of view, voice, audience, and the channels that matter.
  • A monthly content plan mapped to your decision journey.
  • A monthly readout: engagement against your own baseline, tool usage, and the qualified signals generated.

The anchor is the foundation. What changes is how far it travels.

Your AI tool is built and maintained as part of the engagement, included. The only separate line is tool runtime (the AI usage cost itself), passed through at cost and capped at ~$50/mo.

Design & production add-on: content is delivered copy-only by default. Want it designed (carousels, post graphics, video edits)? Added from +$900/mo, scoped to your volume.

Secondary channels and volumes are confirmed in onboarding.

Why only three, and why founding pricing

This is a founding cohort. We're taking exactly three clients so each gets senior attention and the method applied with real care, not spread across a roster.

The pricing is generous on purpose. It isn't a thin product cheaply made; it's a complete system offered at founder rates while we build our first case studies. Founding clients get:

  • Founding pricing, held for as long as you stay.
  • Direct input into how the engagement is run.
  • First standing as a named case study (optional, your call).

When the three spots are filled, the cohort closes.

A 6-month arc, not a monthly treadmill

A content asset compounds; it doesn't switch on. So this is a 6-month founding engagement, long enough for the anchor to start working and your tool to fill with real prospects.

Month-3 checkpoint: we review the results together. Continue, scale, or graduate to a lighter strategic advisory relationship. You're never locked into something that isn't working, and we're never reduced to a vending machine for posts.

How it works

  1. Apply & fit call. A short conversation to confirm Outserve fits your goals.
  2. Onboarding (weeks 1–2). We capture your voice and audience, confirm channels, and stand up your AI tool.
  3. Plan & first delivery. You approve the plan; the blog anchor and short-form land; the tool goes live.
  4. Monthly rhythm. Anchor published, tool fed, short-form distributed, monthly readout with your qualified signals.
  5. Month-3 checkpoint, then through Month 6. Review, adjust, decide what's next.

What we don't claim

We won't promise a lower cost of winning or keeping customers on day one: those effects are downstream, they're yours, and they take time. Quoting a borrowed, rounded-up conversion stat is exactly the kind of thing this method exists to reject. What we commit to is measurable movement against your own baseline: people who engage, go deeper, and arrive at conversations already inclined toward you.

Questions

Is this just another content agency?
No. Agencies think like publishers: volume in a generic voice. We think like your customer, build content around the decision journey, and attach an AI tool that turns readers into qualified conversations.
Do you write in my voice or yours?
Yours. Capturing how you think and argue is the first step of the method.
Why does the blog anchor matter so much?
It's the intellectual core everything else derives from, and it feeds the AI tool. Without a definitive piece of real thinking, the short-form is noise and the tool has nothing to get smarter on. The blog is the engine; the channels are the distribution.
What exactly do I get from the AI tool?
Warm prospects with context (who used it and what they were trying to solve) so you can follow up personally. Never a bulk email list. Email is only an ID to manage fair usage.
Why a monthly anchor instead of weekly articles?
Because more isn't more premium, it's how content mills operate. One definitive piece, atomized well across your channels, beats four rushed ones and reads as intentional.
Who owns the content?
You do: everything we produce is yours to publish and keep. The underlying AI engine is ours; your configured tool runs for you throughout the engagement.
Why six months?
A content asset compounds over time; the effect isn't instant. Six months is long enough to see it work; the month-3 checkpoint means you're never trapped.

Three founding spots. Founding pricing.

Content that makes you the obvious choice, with a tool that hands you the people worth talking to.
